Exercised Faith Conquers

Friends,
We don’t all JUMP out of the boat like Peter did to walk toward Jesus on the water. Some get pushed out. Or even washed overboard by some huge, cruel wave. But, once we’re there, let’s make the best of it; and if we keep our eyes on Him, we won’t sink. We will walk on top of the trial as we go through it, and we will learn something of utmost value: Victorious faith.

Oh, that we will learn true faith. For the time is soon coming, and has maybe begun, that if we do not have strong, exercised, real faith, we will not make it through the coming “Final Testing”. Tests we are enduring now are for our greatest good –if we allow them to develop in us the intended results– and we will be the spiritual giants we need to be, must be, to ride the coming tsunami. That tsunami that will include cunning doctrines of demons, spectacular deceptions, “signs and wonders”, and dazzling, yet counterfeit “words” from false messengers. If we don’t have faith, we don’t have it because we don’t know God and His Word (who is also Jesus –John 1:1,14 & Rev. 19:13), and we will be like the 5 foolish virgins who scrambled around at the last minute –running off to buy that needed oil– yet missing the Bridegroom when He actually arrived and took the 5 wise virgins with Him. (Matt. 25:1-13)

Tests purge. And when the fire is applied on that Day [see 1 Cor. 3:13-15], those who have the least impurities in them will have the least regret, as well as be given the most rewards and the most responsibility in ruling with Him. So let’s be pure, holy, and obedient now, for as 1 Cor. 2:9 says, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him.” Do you believe this? If so, then why are your actions not lining up with such belief? Do you love Him? –Truly love Him? Lovey words are nothing if not backed up by action.

Well, our devotion to Him now, and all those self-denials and testings, will be incomprehensibly worth it. And besides our immense joy and peace and excitement, we will have nothing to fear from Him; for we have the legitimate expectation of hearing Him say, “Well done. You were faithful in the small things [even those daily “alone” minute choices]; therefore, I put you in charge of big things [see Matt. 25:21] in My Perfect Beautiful Kingdom… and… I love you, My faithful servant, My precious child.”

Our minds need to focus on that!

For it will be so worth it all……!

Strength and faith to you,
Rachel
